Will this show up on a vulnerable police check?AnsweredPardons Staff asked 10 months ago • Assault Charge, Sexual Offences87 views1 answers0 votesI am confused about the eligibility for a pardon when it comes to sexual offences in Schedule 1. Does this just pertain to sexual assault against a minor? I know someone that was convicted of possession of child pornography and hopes to get a pardon soon. We have reviewed the exception form and it pertains to the offender actually touching or being near the victim. As this was a computer crime and this person was not in direct contact with a minor would he be able to get a pardon?
